Two queen beds and a futon. Full sized refrigerator and stove. Washer and dryer. The temperature outside was in the upper 90s and the AC worked great at keeping us cool. Loved the river-themed decor. It took a minute to figure out where it was, but once we got in there we were really surprised at how great the facility looked, how well the room was appointed, and how quiet and beautiful the courtyard was. It was walking distance from a great restaurant right on the Rogue river (for dinner)! The room had two very comfortable beds and a large futon bed/couch, along with a small kitchen table, a window table and stools, and a well equipped kitchen (full size stove, fridge, sink, Kuerig coffee maker (with sugars and sweetners and powdered cremer). Typically we stay at a hotel, however when I looked at the hotel we usually stay at the price was outrageous. I decided to search VRBO and I found this gem. The price was amazing for a weekend stay and the pictures looked awesome. We arrived around 3 pm and the cabin was ready for us. The cabin was just like the pictures, it was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was extremely easy and we never had any issues with our stay. The check out process was just as easy as checking in. There is plenty of parking on the street, we did utilize the alley way parking and it is very tight for 2 cars but all in all the cabin was amazing and we will definitely be staying at this property again. ##### Kim B.
