"I had a good stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was very clean, everything you would expect. The only thing was that it’s too close to the highway and you could hear a lot of racing going on near the highway. It’s not the hotels fault. Also there are red wing black birds protecting its nest by the front door, got hit in the head by one of these birds. The hotel is close to everything museums the zoo and downtown I would still recommend. "

"Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."

"I did not like all the pot holes on the property. The back door did not work, our room key did not work in it.We enjoyed our clean suite, large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was almost everything you could think of. The server at breakfast was very friendly and always eager to please and assist where necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you."
