First time I've had Holiday Inn Exp. charge $100 incidental fee in the over 20 years staying at Holiday facilities. Additionally, they ran my daughter's card before check-in even though she chose the pay upon arrival option.

The property was very nice and clean. Pool was awesome. Disappointed there was no hot tub. The guy who checked us in was so nice. However we came a little early asked if we could check in early and were rudely told no buy the lady working at the time. She didnt need to be rude. And then we came back at 3 we had to wait in a long line of people. Who all had similiar stories of the very rude lady working, sad. Other than that, the stay was awesome in a very nice room. Breakfast was wonderful.
