The property is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious. The rooms have wooden floors, which is a plus. The staff at the reception and the servers at the restaurant are excellent. The servers ensure that the guests are well served and always come to the tables to inquire if everything is okay and to refill coffee. I will be staying at this hotel whenever I visit Grand Prairie. However, there was dust on the floor at the entrance and on the drawers.

The only suggestion I have is that maybe they hire a clean up service to pick up all of the dog poop on the grassy area's. Or even put a garbage with free doggy poo bags on the grassy areas. Not the hotels fault but just would be nice for us responsible dog owners

The checkin girl was not overly pleasant The fellow in the bar was not very personable. The room and building were in fantastic condition and very clean After travelling all day it is important that the staff is pleasant

The queen bed suite was perfect. The room was immaculate, the walk in shower was very nice and the beds werd comfy. Its a busy hotel, but was very quiet at night. This is going to be my first choice for a hotel in Grande Prairie!! Its also close to Costco and many other stores. And its dog friendly, too.

This hotel was one of the Best we have stayed at! Reception was super polite. Room was exceptionally clean and very big! Nice to have windows that opened up. The restaurant and bar was nice. Good food. Great service. The pool/ water slide is designed for kids. So if your there by yourself or spouse, know it’s super loud - Over all , highly recommend this hotel!!!

We were in a room with 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed. The room was nice and large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub and steam room were nice and relaxing. Only negative, the water pressure in the room shower was weak. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you

This is our favourite hotel. We make sure to stay at Delta anytime we are in Grande Prairie. Rooms are clean, modern, and super comfortable. They have smart tvs so we can watch Netflix. The amenities such as the lounge, restaurant, gym, games room are excellent

Great stay but no couch in room like advertised.
The Jacuzzi room was very nice. I booked the king suite with couch and Jacuzzi. There was no couch which was the only complaint I had during our stay. Why advertise a couch if it's not in there.

What a beautiful hotel!! Staff is absolutely awesome ! Room was comfortable and super clean. Underground parking tops it off .. I will definitely be back !
