This area is nothing like the pictures, just was not what we were expecting.

There was no clear instructions on checking in Hotels.com sent message of upcoming stay but nothing more. They have no checking counter. I called the number and I was given my code to get into the room worked fine. No issues was told was going to receive a text message with the code and the Wi-Fi never received a text message so we did not have any service in the room. The room is clean very very small and very dry so I recommend to bring a humidifier or something like that in with you. When I first called, no one answered then I got a call back so they had my phone number and told me they were gonna send me a text message with the code and the Wi-Fi and I never received anything. The girl on the phone was kind of rude saying I should’ve received an email on this instructions which I did not. I’m sorry I’m not lying on that. There was a guy there working because they’re doing some construction and he was extremely nice and helpful, but the girl was kind of rude what I stay there again yes I would but it’s only meant for like two people nothing more of it very convenient to Cedar point if you can get their other back ways and you don’t have to worry about any traffic. I did let my group of amusement park friends know about this place so hopefully they make arrangement soon.

We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.
