No-parties policy, My neighbors sometimes make me aware of these things as they are occurring. If it occurs you will be asked to leave. No event-type parties are allowed. Examples: bachelor parties or weddings A max of 7 guests are allowed at the property at all times. Strictly enforced. A max of 4 cars are allowed at the property. Strictly enforced. No outdoor loud noise after dark. My neighbors usually make me aware. Early or late checkout can be accommodated as long as the property is vacant the night before or after your stay. The air conditioner is a heat exchanger, it worked well - for the living room/kitchen. But the bedroom was very hot and the provided box fan wouldn't go past 1\. I let the owner know, they just said thank you, but didn't bother trying to fix the issue. We had to take out the trash while on our stay. Not exactly what I planned to do on vacation, but I get it. The worse part was no trash bags in the house to put back into the trash cans. So we did our best with grocery bags we'd accumulated on our stay.Overall, it was an ok stay.
