Stayed here our 16 wedding Anniversary. From the walk through the door to the check out. The staff, our room, the view from our room, the food and the whole experience was a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful building and lobby area. Staff outstanding. Breakfast the best. Parking perfect. Food from restaurant next door not that good (their manager or chef, we are not sure, very unfriendly) but their staff was nice. Room very clean. Cascade showes in the bathroom. Absolutely we recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Happy hour was nice and the outdoor deck area was very nice. Our balcony overlooking the river was very nice. The breakfast was great. The pool area is cool. We wished there were more restaurants that are walkable.

A beautiful hotel with nice amenities. Close to many attractions in Grand Rapids. Our room was clean and very nice and spacious.

Overall a good room, shower pressure could be a little stronger. Living room TV was in & out with broadcast. Happy hour was good with 2 complimentary drinks. Adjoining restaurant was very good. Easy walk to downtown.

The staff were truly happy to serve. Nightly manager specials kept us on site. Cook to order breakfast was great. Location was just minutes from most of the attractions we visited.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful and very comfortable after the concert we went to. My only disappointment was that I had to leave!

This hotel was clean and the staff was great. However, it’s not a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet couples getaway. Lots of families lots of children screaming in the hallways and the pool area. I would recommend this place for families for sure.

What a great find, no pun intended! Easy to get to and close to amazing restaurants. The staff was excellent and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, my daughter got enjoyed a wonderful nights sleep. I would definitely go back

The only negitive thing i can say about this is not about the hotel but some of the obnoxious guests in the pool area at the same time we were... diving when its clearly posted, splashing peoples dry clothes and the sitting area, in and out of the pool about 40 times in a 20 min window... the staff didnt do anything about it but nothing says they were even aware.. we will stay here again and do reccomend them
