Grand Narrows Vacation Rentals

"My wife and I cannot begin to express our appreciation for the treatment we received at The Lakes in the past few days. Kevin Piercey, the GM, and Ann went above and beyond to help us in a time of family loss. They accommodated us so that we could check in early on our way to Sydney for a family service and ensured we had everything we needed in one of their beautifully-appointed, spacious chalets. We stayed there two weeks ago for another family matter and they were just as pleasant and welcoming. Having stayed on a number of occasions in the past few years to enjoy the beautifully groomed and scenic golf course (it should be rated in Score Golf's top 100 in Canada) and Founder's Restaurant, it is nice to see consistently high performance adding to one's enjoyment. We would recommend The Lakes to anyone who wants to receive good old Cape Breton hospitality at a resort that offers wonderful golf, skiing, and views of the Bras d'Or Lakes.
