MaryKate is a phenomenal host - she walked us through the amazing property and was very responsive via VRBO messenger. I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone! It’s absolutely gorgeous and you are so close to everything!"

"The cabin is smaller, but offers plenty of space for a couple travelling to the area! It was clean and well-stocked. The views of the forest surrounding the cabin are beautiful, and the stars were amazing on a clear night. Hearing wolves in the distance from the comfort of the cabin was exciting. The sauna was great to use after a day of hiking and exploring downtown Grand Marais. We would definitely stay here again!"

"What a gorgeous setting! Loved the great room for gathering, we enjoyed playing games in the evenings, kitchen was perfect for cooking together and the proximity to Grand Marais made dining out & shops easy. Kids ski'd during the day and rest of us enjoyed hiking and relaxing. Carrie was very responsive & helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. We'd love to return and have recommended it to others. Thanks very much"

"what a beautiful area, at the end of the gunflint trail. i was there before ice out so it was very quiet, beautiful surroundings and a very comfortable room. nice clean bathroom with good shower. this would be a perfect place to stay before and/or after a canoe trip into the BWCA. make sure you have everything you want because it is an hour drive into Grand Marais, that is part of the beauty of this place. i had great communication from the property owners, i will definitely staying there again."
