The location was amazing being right in town but it felt secluded being right on the river. It was comfortable and well stocked except that there was no foil, plastic wrap or baggies or basics like olive oil, sugar, etc. or I would have given it a 5\. Also, the outdoor heaters did not work. It was clean except some dust in various areas like the towel and toilet paper racks and some mouse droppings under the sink.Overall, it was very nice. The living area and spacious dining room are cozy and comfortable. It would be even nicer if the original fireplace could be converted to a working gas FP. The 4 twin beds also have a couple of extra mattresses under the beds to accommodate even more people.
