Living and kitchen areas were spacious. Modern amenities, plenty of parking. Quiet. And we could walk everywhere, to the beach and in town - just a couple blocks off the main streets and marina. We made a last minute trip for the Fourth of July with our two teenage kids and little dog and it was great. So easy to walk everywhere and to the beach to watch the fireworks. No need to get in our car, fight for parking or stuck in the busy traffic afterwards. It was perfect. ##### Rachel W. There are even a few trails accessible from within the town of Grand Lake. Check in and communication were great, appreciated the ability to walk 2 blocks to downtown for breakfast, dinner, ice cream, etc. Host was very responsive to communication! ##### Matt H. It was just what we needed for the night, super close to everything in Grand Lake…downtown, the water, the market. We love this area for the shops, kayaking/SUP, hiking and community feel…even with all the tourists! Although it was a short stay, the apartment was clean and convenient, with parking and an easy check-in process. Best of all, it was available when we needed it. ##### Kristen B.
