We stayed during the off season (April), the weather was nice but the town is completely dead and there are only 1-2 restaurants open. The condo is a decent size and there’s plenty of space for parking. Only complaint is that if you are in one of the ground floor units, you can hear all the noise from the person above you. This rental company owns all the units in the building, as well as the cabins across the street. They were very helpful and reminded the neighbor above about quiet hours. If I were to stay here again, I would definitely stay in a unit on the second floor.Overall a nice stay in Granby. ##### Caitlyn M. The only real problem was the caulking on top of the shower looked like it needed maintaining or replacing. Reported this to the host while there, but have not heard back. This is our second time visiting Grand Lake and we decided to stay in this cute lodge. The place was comfortable, and communication with the host was easy. We felt like home, which made our trip way more relaxing. One of the bed could have been improved since it made quite some noise but it didn’t take away the fact that this was a great experience. The blinds were literally missing a section that was broken off on the front window. The unit had many missing light bulbs, especially the outside door light, which we felt was a safety issue. The kitchen window had no blinds, so felt like we were in a fish bowl with the neighbors behind able to see right in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work and actually had dish soap in it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to relax and fully enjoy our time away. It is in a perfect location, walking distance from downtown, the beach and marina.
