So, I texted the number and they told me to find a plunger and try plunging it. The problem was the mechanical pop-up drain was broken on both. They said they would check with the local staff and give me an update. And never got back to me! The record player is broken and unusable. The barbecue grill is propped up with a 2 x 4 because one wheel and one leg is broken. It was so full of grease that it caught fire when I tried to use it. A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are not functional. The patio table on the back deck is broken and unusable. There are weeds growing up through the deck and around the property. The cushions on the patio furniture are old, worn, and nasty! We were only allotted one towel each for the three of us, for a week. The master bedroom closet is locked so you do not have a closet in the master bedroom. The refrigerator has a not so faint smell of rotten food. In short, this was one of the worst experiences in renting a VRBO that I have ever had. I assumed from a previous bad review that the issues would have been fixed by now.
