I asked for the email to be sent in a different format. They did not send it. When we checked into the unit, there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. In addition, bedroom #2 had no hangars in the closet. We asked for 2 pillow cases and a few hangars but got no response. Prior to arriving, I called Grand Mountain Rentals about other issues but got no response. The phone just went dead; no ability to leave a message. The directions for how to get to the unit do not match how to actually get there, partially because some of the street signs are missing or completely turned in the wrong direction.
