The room my husband and I were put in, was disgusting. We told the front desk clerk along with showing her pictures we took of the room. We were given another room and that room was dirty. Especially the floors. We waited until the morning crew came and asked for another room. After having to really emphasize how dirty the room we were in, we were finally offered 3rd room which we asked the hotel to make sure the room was cleaned and we asked for extra towels. Not very accommodating with supplying extra towels as they have a pricelist saying what they charge for any missing towels or items from the room. Management needs to come up with a better protocol for housekeeping to maintain cleaner rooms for guest.

I liked that there was a toaster. It would have been good if there was a kettle. I could have used a bowl, and a plate, and a cup so I could have made a bowl of soup. Otherwise room was good...thank you!

Smelled of smoke, sketchy motel, notices about stealing items were unnecessary, way overpriced for the room (big event in the area). Would not stay again.

I do apologize you did not like our extended stay motel. The notice in the room about missing or taken room items is also for people who want to buy these items. We do also apologize that you felt our rates were too high for a big event in town. We were one of the more reasonable priced motel/hotels in the area. I can't imagine what the rates were at one of the 3- star properties down the road.
Great staff, not very clean. My bed sheets had human hair and the cover was dirty you could see some parts were darker than the other ones so I took it off and threw it on floor during my stay. I traveled with a medium size blanket since I was traveling by train. Floor was very dirty as well as the bathtub.
I rented two rooms and the other room which is where my moms stayed was a little bit more cleaner, and they took their trash out and gave them towels which was not my case in my room.

Nicely updated with alot of conveniences, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
Though updated rooms hold on to that old cigarette lingering smell, but was not potent, just enough that its in the walls with Fresh paint over it. I would definitely stay there again. Very reasonably priced.

We checked out after one hour. It was incredibly loud, people seemed unsafe and the pool and building was falling apart. The room did look like the photos on the inside but smelled awful. You can hear every voice and creek and the shower was gross. The lining of the tub chipped off in many places. We went across town to a red roof inn that was much better, for the same price. Never got a refund cuz I booked through Expedia.

We do apologize our other extended stay guest(workers) were loud. You still have time for a refund. Contact Expedia. Inform them of your stay and you want a refund. and you will get a refund. Again, we apologize our building was loud. 1 thing though... could you please let me know where you saw the pool and building falling apart so I can get that addressed. As for a refund from us to the 3rd party. That refund was already done when you left.

We will definitely be staying at this property again when we come back to visit family. The staff we encountered were very friendly. Check in was quick and our room was clean.

Main purpose was to rest and start up early with work (trucking) and I was able to do just that. Also, the staff everyone I met was exceptionally friendly I just didn’t have a chance to enjoy everything that was offered.

The floor had not been cleaned, they had had a dog in the room so the floor had lots of hair all over. The second day no one came to give us new towels, we had to go get them.

I do apologize you had a bad experience staying with us. Like I said when we spoke, we are an extended stay that does 28-day stays, nightly stays and weekly stays. I did have our asst housekeeping supervisor return to the property to make sure the floor was recleaned. I apologize that was not enough. We do not do daily room service. It is available upon request. Like I also stated when we spoke, during your stay, COVID is also on the rise, and we try to keep our staff out of your room during short 2-day stays, like your stay so they stay healthy. I apologize you felt like you were slighted during your stay. We are a limited-service property with guest and staff health and welfare paramount to anything. Again, I apologize you had a bad stay with us.

Old building remodel, inside nice Motel 6 l have stayed at. Unfortunately the building is so old that you hear the person above and sounds like the ceiling may give way!

Not the best....
Stayed just one night, thank goodness. They were lots of undesirable people hanging around! The room had a very unpleasant smell....combination of urine and vomit. I sprayed Lysol all over and it took away some of the smell. Other things that were good was the beds are super comfortable and the room had lots of amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc! And the lady at the check-in was very nice and gave us some good recommendations. Most likely won't stay there again.

More than adequate for my stay at a good price. My one complaint is that rooms aren’t super soundproof so the person marching around on the second floor all night it was rather difficult to ignore. Not necessarily the properties fault but if you’re looking for quiet, it’s a little tough.

The rooms were comfortable but on the small side. The freezer-refrigerator was a nice size and had plenty of room. The shower head could have used cleaning or replacing. Other than that the room had most everything you could need.

Upscale version of Motel 6. The room was fine, although no shampoo or conditioner was provided My main issue is that we stayed two days and no housekeeping was provided. This was confirmed by the front desk. For the price we paid, the room should have been made up.

My trip wasn’t the best primarily due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. The floor was super dirty and didn’t look like it had been mopped in a while. Restroom wasn’t clean either. Paying $100 for a night for a room that wasn’t even clean wasn’t worth it.
