When we first walked in we were excited the air conditioning was running and house was comfortable all weekend, considering the high 90 temperature. The place was clean and had a nicely stocked and appeared newly finished and decorated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The welcome note and local box of candy was a super nice touch, along with the muffin mix and muffin pans ready to bake Tom was very responsive and the posting is on point. Location was perfect - close to downtown. A quiet location that is a short walk from downtown Grand Junction. The place is very well-appointed and equipped.I have never seen another VRBO that is so guest-focused in term of the amenities the owner has made available for the guest(s). ##### Mark K.
