Welcome to our spacious private basement apartment in the heart of Grand Junction, Colorado! Our apartment is centrally located and perfect for small families or business travelers. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.  
  
Whether you're in town for work or leisure, this apartment is the ideal choice and provides the perfect home base for all your adventures in the area. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay memorable.  
  
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The living room is furnished with a large and comfortable sectional couch, as well as a flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook a delicious meal.  
  
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a dedicated writing desk, making it a perfect spot for working or catching up on emails.  
  
The fenced-in backyard is a great place to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee.  
  
The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. We are just a short drive from many local attractions, including restaurants, shopping centers, and hospitals.
