Cons: the set up is not amazing. Master is connected to shared bathroom. Someone opened my door at 3am because you can only lock it from inside the bathroom. The washroom is in the back room bathroom so you have to knock on the bedroom then the bathroom to get to it. Bring your own cookie sheet. Bring extra blankets. Everything was as advertised and more. The Neighbor was very nice. Friday night the power went out for about 3 to 4 hours and he walked over and loaned us some lights to keep in the cabin. I did not catch his name but it made us feel safer and assured us that we were being watch over. The cabin was clean and lights and air were on when we arrived. Even more exciting is this property allowed dogs so we did not have to scramble for a dog sitter. The place is plenty big and comfortable to stay at. Our critique isn't of the place, but more of the location. The beach is very narrow in the area and unfortunately one of the tenants of the place nextdoor in the large complex used the beach as their personal trash dump. When returning to the beach access trail, you have to dodge beer cans, and food containers. It was common to see diapers thrown in the bushes between our property and the complex.
