Newly remodeled side of a duplex. Clean, safe and quiet home away from home. No cleaning fee\* if guests clean up after themselves. There will be a fee of a minimum of $75 if they do not. Lots of space. Internet. Big, fenced in backyard (up to 2 dogs welcome with a pet fee of $50, but guests are still responsible for cleaning up after their pets and making sure they do not bark excessively). Please keep pets off of furniture/beds. Please bring bedding for your dogs and DO NOT use provided blankets etc for their bedding. No events/parties, host lives next door so don’t even try. No more than 6 guests overnight, no exceptions. No guests of guests. Confirmed guests are expected to read and understand the house policies and rules. This location was fantastic for this. A car ride downtown after was under $10\. The property was clean and tidy. There was an interesting smell, reminded us of grandma’s house.
