3 bedroom, 2 bath in a quiet neighborhood. Newly remodeled side of a duplex.

Clean, safe and quiet home away from home. No cleaning fee* if guests clean up after themselves. There will be a fee of a minimum of $75 if they do not.

Lots of space. Internet. Big, fenced in backyard (up to 2 dogs welcome with a pet fee of $50, but guests are still responsible for cleaning up after their pets and making sure they do not bark excessively). Please keep pets off of furniture/beds. Please bring bedding for your dogs and DO NOT use provided blankets etc for their bedding.
No events/parties, host lives next door so don’t even try. No more than 6 guests overnight, no exceptions. No guests of guests. Confirmed guests are expected to read and understand the house policies and rules. No third party bookings, whomever makes the reservation must be who is staying OR the guest(s) staying must be added to the profile so direct communication between the host and the guest(s) is possible. A positive relationship with the neighbors is vastly more important than a nightly fee will ever be so don’t be disruptive.
