"We were in town visiting family for four days. Liked the different breakfast entree all four days. Pool was great. Cant tell you how many hotel's we've stayed in with "indoor heated pool" that was so cold you couldn't swim in it. This one was perfect. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Room was average size. Room and hotel were clean. We would definitely stay again. "

"Every morning enjoyed coffee with amazing view. Followed by a 3mi walk to the light house and back. You can get a an extra .5 if you walk up prospect with view of the city. (Photo is night time)"

"Despite some issues in cleanliness and items working (hot tub, fire pit) this was a wonderful stay. The reason I still give 5 stars is that they were very response and easy to work with to fix all problems and accommodate appropriately. The location in perfect, comfortable furniture, and overall a wonderful place for our trip! "
"Loved the location (very close to the channel which empties into Lake Michigan). There is mile long sidewalk that leads to the beach and historic pier on the Lake.
The facility itself has a long comfortable screened in porch which is great for breakfast. Location is a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. This is a well kept property which we may use again."

"The property was clean and perfect for a family stay. The location and amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the long weekend and appreciated the memory made! "
"We came to this property to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. We arrived on a Thursday morning and Friday morning. The toilet was not properly and leaking on the outside and not flushing properly. We contacted management. They said it might be difficult getting somebody out there during Coast Guard week since traffic would be so bad. I said well OK, but I don’t think you’ll wanna let this go. We were contacted later in the day around 230 telling us someone would come out that person did come out.The maintenance person realized they would need a plumber the plumber, then came out a few hours later and snaked the toilet and got it working properly, but then the shower could not be used and it needed to be snaked and he was unable to snake the shower piping so we were without a shower The rest of the time. I feel we are entitled to all charges for at least one day they ended up giving us a 373 credit when we paid on average over 500 per day to stay "
