Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper unit just minutes from the beach, boardwalk and downtown shops. This is a perfect spot for couples, families or friends looking to explore all that Grand Haven has to offer!  
  
The Space:  
This upper level apartment features:  
• 2 bedrooms- 1 with a Queen bed and one with 2 twin beds  
• 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo  
• Fully equipped kitchen, sit up counter with 2 barstools  
• Dining space with table for 4  
• Living room with ample seating - couch and 2 chairs  
• Private entrance for your convenience (several steps to access unit)  
• Central air/heat (Please note central air has a range of 72-75 degrees)  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have exclusive access to this upper-level 2-bedroom unit with a private entrance. There is a shared driveway with parking available on the right side only for 2 vehicles parked directly behind each other. The garage and back area behind the home are not accessible.
