Welcome to your dream beach getaway! Perched atop a scenic dune directly across from Grand Haven State Park's beach access, this 5-bedroom, 3-bath cottage offers amazing views and the perfect location for your Lake Michigan escape.  
  
\*\* Please note that the hot tub is not available starting October 3, 2025, but will be available summer of 2026.\*\*   
  
 Take the private tram to this treetop retreat where you will find an expansive wrap around deck with views of Lake Michigan , outdoor dining space and plenty of room to lounge around the private pool and hot tub. The main floor features a large open living area with picture windows facing the scenic lakeside, a den with workspace and game table and roomy kitchen with granite countertops and seperate dining area. A full bath and laundry area complete this floor.  
  
 On the upper level you will find 5 bedrooms:  
Bedroom 1 - queen bed  
Bedroom 2 - queen bed and ensuite bath  
Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds  
Bedroom 4 - 1 queen and 1 double bed  
Bedroom 5 - 1 queen bed  
There is an additional full bath located on this floor.  
  
The location of this home can't be beat - just a short walk to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Park as well as the boardwalk , boutique shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. This central location will be sure to a hit with everyone in your group!  
  
 After a day at the beach take a dip in your private pool, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets over the water. The large backyard and deck is ideal for grilling, lounging, and spending quality time with family and friends.  
  
Whether you're here for the sunsets, sandcastles, or just some well-deserved R&R, this Grand Haven gem is the perfect place to make lifelong memories.

There is parking space available for up to 4 cars to park comfortably.

\- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.  
\- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.  
\- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.  
\- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.  
  
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.  
  
All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Despite some issues in cleanliness and items working (hot tub, fire pit) this was a wonderful stay. The reason I still give 5 stars is that they were very response and easy to work with to fix all problems and accommodate appropriately. The location in perfect, comfortable furniture, and overall a wonderful place for our trip!
