This second-story condo resides in the historical Armory in the heart of Grand Haven and offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience. It is within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, boardwalk, and beach. It includes a master bedroom suite with a king size bed, TV, and master bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a daybed with a twin trundle below. Both bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. The second full bathroom includes a stackable washer/dryer and is directly across the hall from the second bedroom. The open concept kitchen, dining, and great room provide ample space for gathering and there are peekaboo views of the channel from every room. This condo is very clean, well-appointed, and organized with many newer furnishings such as beds, bedding, TV’s and more. Although businesses are downstairs, the unit is extremely quiet. Parking is available for one standard-size vehicle or bikes and strollers in the secure garage within the building. There is also convenient free street parking or a parking permit for the city lot directly adjacent to the building. We usually stay at a hotel, but decided we would give this a try. Everything was very clean & welcoming. It’s located within walking distance to everything. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. There is music from about 8pm until midnight from the brewery. It wasn’t bothersome to us, but it might be to some.
