Experience the welcoming charm of this home and neighborhood, and the warmth and charm of this apartment in Grand Forks. Lastly, the comfortable interiors make it an excellent choice for your stay in this vibrant city.  
  
The space is ideal for holidays, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Unwind quietly and save on affordability by opting for the whole place instead of a small hotel room or sublet. Located in a four-plex, the Perfect Place is conveniently situated at the back for easy parking and access. Each apartment in the four-plex has a separate entry and is private. All utilities are included, with plenty of parking available. Off-street parking is also an option. Enjoy free WiFi and explore various restaurants and pubs within walking distance. This well-decorated apartment, featuring modern furniture from Wayfair and local collections, offers two living areas, making it suitable for larger families. Welcome to Grand Forks, ND, home to the University of North Dakota (UND).

With my years of experience in hospitality, I prioritize giving my guests the space they need while ensuring I am readily available when assistance is required. As your standby host, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of during your stay. Consider the red carpet rolled out for you, as I am committed to being at your service whenever you need me.  
  
Despite being situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, this apartment offers convenient access to several renowned bars such as Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more, all within walking distance. Additionally, you'll find a variety of restaurants nearby, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away. Other amenities like gas stations are also easily accessible. The welcoming atmosphere of the Perfect Place will make you feel right at home.  
  
Public transportation available and accessible to catch a bus within a minute's walk. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. Within five minutes, you can locate one - easy to find the location.  
  
Please feel free to reach out to your host if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Before your departure, kindly turn off all lights and clean any dishes you have used. Please ensure there is no leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; dispose of it in the garbage. For bed sheets and dirty towels, please remove only the bed sheets and place them, along with the towels, in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.  
  
Additionally, the outside light switch can be found inside the apartment near the staircase. Please remember to turn it off when not in use to conserve energy. The kitchen light can be controlled by two switches, one located in the kitchen and the other on the pantry wall.

Please note that there will be no refund for early check-out. Before departing, kindly ensure that all lights are turned off and clean any dishes that you have used. Additionally, please dispose of any leftover food by placing it in the garbage. #### Tidy, comfortable, and quiet...

We had a great stay. Although it's near a main road, the unit itself is very quiet and on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable. Our only major issue was that the TV was difficult to operate and did not have cable or an antenna to get network TV. For a family used to seeing the news and wanting to watch sports, this was a challenge. However, the wifi was very fast and Netflix worked well. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and receptive. We would definitely stay here again.
