Bad Bad Bad

Pros: Had the pool to ourselves even tho it was almost like a kiddy pool.
Cons: Everything about this place could be improved.
Location: Location was good, close to main exits in city.
On the website for this place everything looked great, once we got to this hotel found out just the opposite. Staffer who checked us in was very helpful but then found out the restaurant & lounge were closed due to renovations. The hot tub was closed due to ?whatever. I think we were the only people staying there it was so quiet, almost eery. The hallway just stunk, not sure what the smell was. The room was rank, smelled like a dead body had been in there too long. Room door to outside wasn't usable, card scanner was broken - very unsafe for emergency exit. Went down for complimentary breakfast just before 10am & was told by owner we were too late, breakfast was over at 9:30 - REALLY? Went across the street to Ramada to eat, should have stayed there instead.

The check in wasn't the greatest as the staff was on the ride side but talk to mgr in the morning and Bobby Jo was great she solved all our problems.. The hotel is easy to get in and out of.. Rooms were okay.. The breakfast was great so many options.. Didn't like the fact that you couldn't access the rooms from the outside door anymore... Pool and hot tub were great .. Sad that the bar wasn't open ( under renovations ) other wise will go back

Cheap. Gave us a dirty room.

Got there at 11:40pm and were told that the room I booked hours prior; is dirty. He gave us the key anyway and told us to check...... We were ready to sleep yet he had US the GUESTS check and find a dirty room. At midnight. So we went back to the front desk and were given keys to a clean room. Wouldn't it have made more sense to give us the ALREADY CLEAN room instead of making us walk all the way to check it ourselves? Overall it was $37 for my stay and I'm glad I didn't pay a penny more because if I had then id be requesting a refund.

Great breakfast and hot tub. Room very clean, bed excellent. Maintenance could be better, but not a deal breaker.

Hello there. The first room we got was very hot and there was no windows to open. The room services took forever to help us. The carpet smelled like really bad. I noticed that the bed skirts were dirty. The pool water was very cold.

I stayed in the Presedential Suite and it was clean, quite and comfortable. The cost was decent as well.
