« Nous avions réservé cet hotel en croyant que tous les Margaritaville étaient semblables ... L hotel en était un déjà existant et les rénovations débutaient tout juste .. nous aurions aimé en être informés.. Le service de conciergerie est à peu près inexistant .. quelqu'un a pris des réservations pour nous qui ne se sont jamais concrétisées et nous ont fait perdre un temps appréciables.il serait bien que le services à la clientèle aient un niveau de connaissance minimum sur les endroits à...

« VERY VERY RELAXING! Staff could not have been more helpful,attentive or friendly! Food was quite good and fequent specials.We only had complaints- the a/c continually dripped in the bathroom from the ceiling and took three towels to keep from soaking the floor. We asked what could be done and were told it would stop after 10 minutes,which it never did. The other concern was the fact that they try to be "green" and not have to wash towels everyday. The problem is, they never dried- the "in tub"...

« Amazing location, right on the beach, with many amenities( food and alcohol and gifts just across the street). not to mention the outdoor bar with food even closer. Really liked the property being on the East End, very secluded and quiet. The condo apartment had everything we needed, and an ocean front view. Would definitely stay there again, already planning the next visit, not soon enough. »
