\-We also added more deck fun with a 36" Blackstone Griddle. A great way to make a big meal, fast!   
\-And with the addition of solar electricity, your stay is 100% powered by Arizona’s sun.   
  
ABOUT THE HOME:  
With the namesake of St. Moritz, a famous Switzerland mountain getaway, this five-star rated property home was destined to welcome and accommodate guests all year around. With 5,000 square feet of mountain-side amenities and direct access to hundreds of miles of hiking, there is space to both play together and relax in peace. 6 bedrooms and 5 baths in this multi-level home and casita studio suite, will comfortably accommodate large groups of up to 20 guests. The home sleeps 16 in beds, with with double occupancy in King and Queen sized beds. Additional sleeping accommodations available in two pull out couches and an air mattress.   
  
What most guests tell us that they love about the home is that it offers plenty of space for a large group on a private lot in perfect location -- within Flagstaff City limits, but at the base of Mt. Elden on the National Forest. It's the best of both worlds!   
  
UNIQUE FEATURES:  
\- Hiking and biking trails are steps away as the home's one acre property borders the National Forest at the base of Mt. Elden.  
  
\- Separate from the main home, one of the bedrooms that has a king bed is in a studio suite, 20 feet away. The studio suite has its own kitchen, living area, fireplace and bathroom. This is an ideal space for those in your group that may need a bit of extra privacy; a place for the teens to hang out, the matriarch/patriarch to retire to a bit early, the bride and groom, or for the parents with little ones that rise early.   
  
\- Meals together are convenient with indoor dining for 18-20 (12 in the dining room, 4 in the living room and 6 in the media room) in the open concept layout. Dining room has a quaint gas fireplace for additional warmth and ambiance. Outdoor seating and dining for 14.  
  
\- A game room, separate from the main home, is equipped with air hockey, mini-hoop game and foosball. Since these games are fun, but noisy, the game room is intentionally situated away from the main part of the home. (We all love our kiddos but a little break from the 'crazy' is welcome on occasion!)  
  
\- An entertainment/media rooms with a wood-burning stove and French-doors allows for part of the group to take in a movie and play games, leaving the rest of the home available for other gathering activities.  
  
\- Generous parking accommodations: Driveway parking for 10 vehicles.   
  
\- Solar powered electricity for a sustainable, eco-friendly home

The home was perfect for our large family, 8 adults and 9 grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked with large cookware for us to use for making meals. The location was also perfect, the home backed up to a forest we didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. We visited the Grand Canyon, went to Sedona, then the meteor crater. The hosts were very responsive to my questions too! Thank you!

Very spacious for large families! The long outside and inside tables were perfect for family card games! Lots of room outdoors for kids to run around and enjoy the wilderness! Even though lots of pics are required at checkout, definitely understand the why.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our time there. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.We especially loved the large tables—both indoors and out on the deck—which were perfect for family meals and game nights. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room; it was tough to get them to come out!Check-in was simple and straightforward. The check-out process had a few more requirements than we expected, especially considering the 300 cleaning fee, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we tend to tidy up anyway.A quick note about the trail behind the house—it’s best suited for hiking, as it’s too rocky for biking. Still, the hikes were beautiful and enjoyable.

#### Perfect for Big Families- kid friendly, fun and easy stay!

We had a fantastic stay here for our friend reunion. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly kid-friendly for our group of 7 children ages 2 to 10\. The casita and game room were huge hits, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with and responsive throughout our stay.We had everything we needed to enjoy time together in the home and to go out on adventures in the local Flagstaff area. The checkout process is quite detailed, so set aside a little extra time for that. Still a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely love to stay again.

This property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of dining space (inside on outside) and plenty of conversation areas. We loved the game room too. The location was ideal for us. At the base of a mountain, in a cul de sac, within the city limits and yet private and secluded feeling. We appreciated all the parking space available.

Our family loved our time in Flagstaff. The house was a perfect gathering place with lots of space to spread out, rooms large enough to be together, and a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We can't recommend it more highly!

A very large, rustic home that nestles into the mountain. The Casita next to the home was very comfortable for grandma & Papa. The outside deck on the home was great for extra seating for meals plus playing games with the family! My only suggestion would be to frame in the trash cans so they are five feet apart when the trash men come to pick up, or label on the cans to be 5ft apart! As they won’t pick them up if they’re together and the owner has to pay 36.00 for them to come back out, and that fee is passed on to the guest! Sorry we overlooked that house rule Lee Ann! It has a great location!

#### Family Reunion in Flagstaff

We gathered six households from our extended family in this wonderful Flagstaff home near the base of Mt. Eldon. It had tremendous gathering spaces for adults and children. Our favorite times were evening meals on the deck. We also enjoyed hiking the trails straight out the back of this property. This home has great proximity to downtown Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Our host was tremendous to work with! We highly recommend this property for large group.

We enjoyed the house very much. It has the feel of a lodge and the location is outstanding, especially if you want to get out and hike in the National Forest or Mt Elden. All the amenities were good and we had no complaints. I do caution that there are a lot of steps. Several people in our group have some mobility challenges and negotiating all the steps required extra care and sometimes assistance.

#### Wonderful property!

We stayed in this beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding at the Grand Canyon. It was perfect for our needs! It had plenty of room for our large group, and it never felt crowded with the flowing spaces. The outdoor space was great too! Had an issue with a shower head, and the homeowner took care of it within two hours. I highly recommend this beautiful place for any large gathering!!!

We had a great time as a family. The issues we had with the property were addressed promptly by the host. From the listing, we had assumed the property was more secluded instead of being in a neighborhood. We adjusted and made the best of it! We made some good memories.

The property was as advertised. Excellent location and desirable amenities. My only complaint would be the closing cleaning requests and picture requests from host that should be a part of the cleaning fee. Guests are on vacation and NOT be held to cleaning and putting away dishes, laundry, cleaning grills and providing proof thereof.
