Very hot shower, super comfy bed and a very clean room. We stay in flagstaff often and have stayed at a lot of the hotels here and this one is on the top of our list! Absolutely we will stay again

Stayed here one night on a road trip because it was affordable and pet friendly. Short version: you get what you pay for. The details: the room was dirty. The inner sheets that you sleep on seemed clean, but a pillow was clearly used and there were stains on the bed cover. The baseboards were filthy, a thick layer of dirty and hair almost completely obscuring the fact they were supposed to be white/cream. To top it off, I came back from breakfast on check out day to gather my stuff and head out at 10am…my room key had been disabled already even though it was an hour prior to check out time. Luckily, a very nice maintenance man used his card to let me in my room. Good thing he did because when I went to actually check out, no one was manning the desk to have helped me. Also, when booking no where does it mention the $27/night per pet fee that you’re charged at check in. Would have been nice to know since I was working with a budget. So, did I have some where for me and my dog to rest for the night? Yes. Was it nice? Not at all. But at least Flagstaff is beautiful.

Average hotel stay. If you’re looking for a cheap place for the night or a budget stay for a week this hotel has what you need. If you’re someone who hangs out in the room or at the hotel looks else where. Cheap no frills motel.

One of their buildings is on a hill that oversees the highway and it’s honestly super pretty. I was scared that it wouldn’t be as clean as advertised considering how cheap it was, but my room is as very clean and I had no problems.

The room was super outdated. Nothing has been changed in years including the beds, bathroom, closets etc. The website misrepresented the condition of the hotel. We left after one night.

The signage out side didn’t have the full name on it I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place and they didn’t have our room on the first floor we were lucky a young couple said they would change rooms if theirs was on the first floor because my husband can’t do the stairs.

Quick overnight and last minute reservation. Called to confirm a very late check-in. Arrived to a clerk who checked us in without any issues. Room was big, clean and already warmed up. Slept 4 and the next morning showers were hot for each one of us ! Recommend

I only stayed one night with my family, I was visiting the city for work and I found the room comfortable, with a microwave and mini fridge. Very pleasant.

i'm handicapped so we arrived at the eraliest check in and asked for a downstairs unit. she said that there were none ! we had requested one as well, that is text book poor customer service. it made it very hard for this disabled vet to go up and down stairs.

Myself and about 10 other people waited an uncomfortable amount of time in hotel lobby waiting to be attended to. Two other parties that were some of the first people there waiting said they had been there close to an hour. I called the hotel and spoke with a representative today 3/29 she made me aware of a concerning incident happening last night and assured me my concerns are heard.

We actually never stayed here because there was no one at the front desk to check us in, along with 25 other people trying! The front desk personnel abandoned their shift so we had to go to another hotel! Never had that happen before!

Bathroom wasn’t in good shape. No toilet paper roll holder. Shower head was leaking. We checked in late and had a late night and the cleaners came knocking on the door early and woke us up and said they were checking if we were still there. Not very happy with this hotel.

It was dirty , pillow cases didn’t look clean , they smelt used. There was a dead fly on the bed. The shower curtain was ripped and dirty . We didn’t have towels, I tried to call down but the phone was not working so we had to drive back down. This place is a 1 star
