Charming Downtown Flagstaff Hideaway

Charming Downtown Flagstaff Hideaway located 2 1/2 blocks to Heritage Square, the heart of the Downtown Flagstaff shopping district.

This one bedroom, one bath home with a bonus cozy attic as a second bedroom ( attic measures 3 1/2 ft. high on the sides and 6 ft. high in the middle - kids love it) with 2 twin beds. This home has a private front yard and fully enclosed private back yard is located steps away from the Downtown shops, dining, galleries, parks, micro-breweries and hiking trails. It is a 30 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl ski mountain, 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, 8 minutes drive to Buffalo Park, 7 minutes drive to Lowell Observatory and 45 minutes to Sedona.

The home has a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 twin beds in the attic. Additionally there is Wifi, Cable, quaint new gas burning stove fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary glassware, dishware, pots, new refrigerator, garbage disposal and new cooking stove over oven.

Please no very small children. Back yard has about a three foot drop from one back patio to ground, loose wood piles, steep stairs to attic and fairly hot stove fireplace. Private backyard reading studio does not have electricity or water and will not be available to additional tenants.
Please provide your own soap, shampoo and personal toiletries.
Paper towels, toilet paper, clean linens, laundry detergent and bath towels will be available.

Downtown stay
This home sits in a quiet area of downtown Flagstaff. It was easy to find and directions to get in were simple. We also enjoyed walking around and exploring many local restaurants and shops. The best part was being able to bring our pup with us. He had a nice back yard to run around in. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.

Best night sleep every while on vacation. Near downtown. Quiet and dark maging for a great night sleep. Off street parking. Cozy home with great hot water. Nice refrigerator and great stove. We would love to return. Enjoyed sleeping in the loft.

This house was PERFECT for our family and it was so nice being a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants downtown. Todd was an outstanding host, super nice and always responsive. The home was very clean and felt much larger than the listed square footage. We will definitely be staying here again, and highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic trip
My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend with our dog, and it was great. Perfect location for enjoying the bars and food in town, just a quick walk down the hill and you are there. The house was clean and ready for us on arrival, and appeared as advertised. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again.
