It provides the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access and includes two bedrooms along with a loft and two bathrooms, located within Building 1 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby. This condominium, positioned on the third floor, showcases a modern color scheme and luxury vinyl plank flooring that enhances the open floor plan. This layout complements the contemporary furnishings and offers generous space for a pleasurable vacation experience. The breakfast bar, accommodating four guests, is conveniently placed next to the living area, while the fully renovated kitchen features modern cabinetry, new appliances, and a spacious quartz island, all designed to integrate seamlessly with the main living area. The main living area is equipped with comfortable seating, fostering a welcoming environment for relaxation after a day filled with adventure and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace or watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV; the living room also provides easy access to the private patio. Please be aware that air conditioning is not provided. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for guests, featuring one queen-sized bed and is conveniently situated in the main hallway for easy access to the living area and the shared second bathroom. The upper-level loft, which is open to the lower-level living room, serves as a fantastic space for children, furnished with a bunk bed accessible via the spiral staircase, offering views of the mountains and a small workspace.
