Sleeps 8 Set on the beautiful slopes of family-friendly Granby Ranch Ski Resort, this spacious three-bedroom loft is just a short walk to lifts or quick drive to Basecamp. Features a master with king bed, enclosed loft with 2 queens, and a bunk room with twin over full. Includes 3 remodeled baths, updated kitchen, large dining area, full-size washer/dryer, Graco Pack ’n Play, and free fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience in the mountains. This condo features vaulted ceilings, a wonderful living room with reclining leather furniture & cable TV, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, full and readily stocked kitchen for you to cook delicious meals in, dinning area with large table and chairs, FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER, two bathrooms on main level and one bathroom upstairs, and a bunk bed room. \*\*IMPORTANT BEDROOM INFORMATION\*\* 1st Bedroom is the Master with a KING Bed and attached bathroom, 2nd Bedroom is the loft upstairs with TWO Queen beds and attached bathroom, and the 3rd Bedroom is the bunk bed room with a set of bunk beds. Lake Granby is the third largest lake in Colorado. It is popular with anglers and is continually stocked with Trout and Kokanee Salmon. Don’t forget to take a refreshing dip in the Hot Springs at Hot Sulphur Springs- 12 miles away. Granby Short Term Rental License # 002980 Guest Access You'll have access to the entire condo (with only the owners closet/cabinet locked). Outside ski closet is locked and private, guests will NOT have access to that. ITEMS TO NOTE: 1\. We are NOT on the first floor - you MUST use stairs to access any unit at Mountainside, even 1st floor units have stairs. 2\. Free Pool Access during warmer summer months only (usually opens toward the end of May), very close and easy walk. Hot Tubs require a drive and are NOT free. They are located at The Inn at Silver Creek. 3\. There are stairs both UP and DOWN required to access the condo. 4\. The view from the deck is the parking lot. The photos of scenery are in the area but you'll need to exit to condo to enjoy them. 5\. Our Condo is in excellent shape and one of the nicest units in the area. 6\. We count the bonus bunk bed room as a 3rd bedroom as it has a nice new set of bunk beds and is not in the main living area- this room does NOT have a closet and is NOT fully enclosed. 7\. The fireplace glass is VERY HOT. Do not touch it and be careful so your children do not touch it. 8\. Check in is at 3PM or ANYTIME after - we have a SHARP check-out time of 10AM or anytime earlier. We can't accommodate late check-outs due to cleaning crew needs. The cleaning crew sometimes arrives at 10AM sharp to clean so please be respectful of the check out time of 10AM. 9\. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the balcony per HOA policy, they are strict about enforcing this. There is a smoking "shed" that you can smoke in near the building. 10\. No pets or emotional support animals per HOA policy - no exceptions. If you have a seeing eye dog or trained service animal this must be disclosed before booking. 11\. Outside closet is locked and private, guests will NOT have access to that. 12\. Wifi is whole building wifi similar to that of a Hotel. For winter guests - SKI IN/OUT - Requires a short walk - we are at Mountainside on the ski slopes. The lines were great and it was a fabulous place for learning and getting experience. The condo was great. There were a couple things that would have been nice. A few of those are having kitchen towels and washcloths to be able to clean up. There were many containers like hand soap in the kitchen and body wash that were completely empty but left in the place they were as if they were filled. There were many things that were not clean. I only mention this because I think the owners would want to know if they don’t go often to see. Thank you very much for everything. ##### Alicia F. You can walk a short distance to the lift and get up the mountain. Condo is well maintained and clean. Bathrooms are updated. Plenty of utensils and kitchen items to cook with. Spices, oils, etc. left in cabinet to use for cooking. The only item it lacked was washing powder to do laundry. But everything else was included. Owner was very responsive to inquiries. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Communication with them was wonderful. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The cabinets were quite full, so finding a place to put all of our groceries was challenging. Several of the cabinets are locked for owner's belongings. In all the drawers and cabinets, I could not find a single dish towel. We had to purchase some from the nearby Dollar General. There's no good place to store your ski equipment in the condo, either. We ended up storing our skis and boots in the shower that's in the bathroom next to the front door. It worked but wasn't ideal. Although this unit is advertised as a ski in-and-out, it wasn't what we had in mind. You had to walk a pretty good ways to get to the slopes. While in ski boots and carrying equipment up and down several sets of stairs to get to the slopes, it's quite laborious. So, if you think you're just going to throw on your skis and hit the slopes, you'll be disappointed. All in all, we loved Granby Ranch and have already booked our trip for next year. But, we're staying in Base Camp One, which is a true ski in and out. ##### Amanda N. It was a true ski in ski out condo. Although this condo is very close to kicking horse lift it was still a little further away then we would have liked to walk in boots and carry skis. It was clean, updated, and in a great location in relation to Granby Lake, trails, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was close to a grocery which made it very convenient for getting supplies.
