Discover a rare gem in Innsbruck, Grand County – a perfect short-term rental! This spacious 6-bedroom home features 3 bedrooms downstairs, 3 upstairs, and a loft. Enjoy two en-suite bedrooms, a huge bunk room/game room, and extra storage. The designer kitchen, new cast iron gas stove, and custom-tiled bathrooms add charm. Situated on a large, private lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home boasts great views, a natural wood exterior, a large back deck, and a flat backyard. With new carpet and fresh paint in 2020, plus Xfinity high-speed internet, this property is ideal for a relaxing getaway! Please be aware there are security cameras at the home at the front door and viewing the driveway. IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests must have their own transportation, preferably either all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. Due to the remote location of the home, big snow in the area can delay the plowing of the county roads to the home. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. We all agreed that the only thing that would make this THE PERFECT place is a nice hot tub to retreat to before settling down for the night. Kayaking and captaining a pontoon boat at Shadow Mtn and Grand Lakes were an added bonus that delighted both young and old. The property was clean and had several large areas where the whole family could gather to visit. Overall, it was very comfortable and had great views. The property manager doesn't seem to know much about the property. There was a bit of a snow drift on the driveway when we arrived and it didn't get cleared until we called about it 4 days later. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were roomy, kitchen was well stocked, and the garage and mud room area made it easy to keep all our ski stuff organized and dry. Communication with the property management was very good, and they were very responsive. I also liked that they didn't ask us to strip the beds or start laundry, that was very nice.
