Check in and check out were easy. The house was very clean. Three full bathrooms were a huge plus! Hot tub was ready to go and clean! Basement was not cold. Basement bedroom and bathroom very comfortable. So close to base of the mountain. It was just two minutes away so it made it easy to go back and forth. Little details such as dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all very cheap and did not work well. We did find several dirty dishes in the kitchen. Lint tray in the dryer was so full I’m surprised it hasn’t started on fire. Overall, the little negative things did not affect our stay. ##### Tasha H. I do not think there is a "Ski-in, Ski-out" property at Granby that offers both quick access to the slopes and an unobstructed view. The house was great and there were plenty of things to do to keep us busy and entertained. Base Camp at Granby Ranch is nice. We did the ski lift to the top of the mountain and hiked down. The west entrance to RMNP is less than an hour drive. We enjoyed exploring Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake which are all close to property. Best of all, we had great views from the property.
