The unit boasts a spacious open floor plan, a modern kitchen, and plenty of natural light. Located on the third floor, it ensures greater privacy and enhanced scenic views, along with higher ceilings. This setting is perfect for those who wish to enjoy outdoor adventures while living in a peaceful and conveniently situated area. The living room offers ample space for relaxation, allowing enjoyment of the fireplace and television, along with magnificent views visible through the windows. This area also provides access to a private deck, creating a welcoming space to appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Adjacent to this area, there are two designated dining spaces. The dining area can accommodate up to four people at the table, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating, encouraging delightful interaction with the designated cook in your group. For a fee of $15 per person/day, guests have access to the Ranch Hall at the base of Granby Ranch Resort, which includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball. By obtaining a Granby pass, you can partake in skiing and biking without incurring substantial fees and taxes.
