Explore Lake Granby (16 minutes) by boat or swim at one of the lake’s beautiful beaches. You’ll find a variety of cafes and restaurants within a 6-minute drive on West Agate Avenue. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beds were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked. Kitchen was great, laundry room was great, we loved staying here. The only bummer was the propane tank was empty so we could not use the fire pit and there were no cushions on the wicker furniture. We did really enjoy the patio on the upper floor, gorgeous views. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different things, even as we were together. We did have a few issues that were frustrations: there were spiders in one of the basement bedrooms. Two breakers got thrown our first night for some reason, but we figured that out AND got a very quick response from the property management firm. The biggest frustration was the driveway being resurfaced during our stay. The garage was an awesome perk and really nice for unloading right in the back door. Load out was made much more difficult when we had to park on the street to load out at the end of our stay. ##### Amy H.
