It is newly renovated with cozy contemporary decor inspired by Texas’s natural beauty. The house and yard are kid and dog-friendly: there are 2 fenced in areas with and without canal access in case you want to keep anyone out of the water. The fencing was a huge plus for us. The area to lounge around the canal was peaceful and the geese came by to check us out. One warning, don’t forget the bug repellent. We had six people stay comfortably, but probably could fit one or two more without feeling crowded. The property is exactly as pictured. If you forget anything don't worry, they have you covered! House was the perfect size, and we appreciated the collection of games, activities, and TV options available. It was also nice to have a backyard space to just relax. The location was perfect for visiting Revolver Brewing, which I'd highly recommend. It was a short drive to the downtown area as well and had a good selection of food options between the house and downtown if you wanted to stay closer. Finally, the price was great for a house with water access. Definitely enjoyed it! ##### Alvin D.
