Best play we have stayed hands down. Nothing went wrong or was needed, this place has everything you can ask for. We had 5 kids with us and they all had fun and something to do, they stayed busy. From being spacious inside, to having some games to play, to cornhole, a lot of room in the backyard to play. Hot tub, we used everything and we enjoyed every bit of it. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, comfortable living area. This place did not skip a beat. The most favorite activity was the Kayaks, I had to shut it down because it got dark, or else we would be out there even longer. 1,000% recommended. We were all happy with it. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Our grandkids enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, hot tub, and making s'mores in the fire pit. We went to Dinosaur Valley one day and Fossil Rim the next day. We also went downtown one evening, but it was kind of dead as it was on a Tuesday. The lake canal was very easy to access with kayaks via lift, and the hot tub and patio were pleasant places to take in the water activity. ##### Nicole B. We had four children as well ages ranging 6-17\. The house was perfect for us and had things to do for everyone. The nearby Dinosaur Valley State Park was a big hit for the youngest 2\. The hot tub was a hit with the teens. Had a great time visiting the Granbury square and taking the ghost tour as well. Overall it was a super relaxing weekend for all. ##### Brian H. Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering to chat and play games. Only negative (but not to detract from a 5 star rating) not enough wine glasses.
