This hotel is in a very busy shopping area, interesting but difficult to get to in a car, additional driving instructions were sent ahead of arrival because GPS instructions are incorrect. Thank you for that! Parking in the underground lot across the very busy street was very tricky! Reception staff were very helpful. The room was very basic, very noisy, we could hear our neighbours and people in the hallway. When we turned on the air conditioning the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and this was a non smoking room. We finally had to turn it off and the room got quite warm. There was a window that opened, but it was 38 degrees out and it didn’t help. The rooftop cafe was adequate for breakfast and evening drinks. The coffee was excellent! Granada is a beautiful city and if I go there again, I would stay at a different hotel.

It is well located with good transport links to the Alhambra and a walkable distance to the Albaicin neighbourhood as well as many Moroccan style street markets. Room was fairly good size and clean but the bathrooms need a little update. For the price, however, this was an amazing find.

Fabulous City break!
Fabulous City Centre location! Buses and taxis and tourist bus just around the corner! Great shopping and massive choice of bars and restaurants nearby! Really friendly welcoming staff! Bedroom & bathroom compact and comfortable! No view or balcony but great value for money stay! Super roof terrace with good choice of drinks and tapas! Chose room only but could buy breakfast in roof terrace cafeteria! Car park directly across the road! €15 a day! Although not skiers we visited the Sierra Nevada villiage and went on cable car to the cafeteria watching the snowboarders and skiers! Great atmosphere! Also went to the stunning cathedral and an unguided tour of the Alhambra! Will definitely stay again at this Hotel!

I enjoyed my stay here. My expectations for a single room for the price I paid is fair. This is a reasonably priced place that doesn't lack quality. The location is ideal. The people at the front desk are nice. Sheets are clean etc. The bathroom and shower were also really good. I enjoyed my stay here. I never went to the terrace though; I forgot about it.

Fantastic location
Very good safety precautions in place to prevent Covid. We even had our temperature taken on arrival, which was reassuring. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. We prepaid our parking close by for €8 per day. Very basic room but value for money. We stayed 1 night as passing through Granada.

The location was superb! We could walk anywhere in the old part easily. The rooftop bar was very welcome when you got back in if an evening. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Car parking was underground over the road, at €15 per night. We just left our car there for the whole three days!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. From the hotel it is a short walk to most of the main sights - so very convenient.

Ac was weak the whole time. Tv was broken. The outlet that you can use was in between the 2 joined twin beds and that is a safety hazard.

I wish we would have stayed here longer on our trip to Spain. Amazing room, we had the 2 room suite with memory foam beds and pillows. One of the nicest hotels we stayed at on our trip to Spain. Good location.

The property was very clean, the staff were very professional and helpful, the location was excellent. You are right on the Main Street and so experience some street noise but that comes with the convenient location.
