The hotel staff and cleaning staff were lovely, although was charged more, in comparison to the amount that was listed on Hotels.com and the conversion she did for me based on the days currency exchange.
I would list this apartment as a 1-2 star. When booking make sure you double check that you have a balcony,as these ones overlook the beach and are far more spacious that the apartments which overlook the back streets, not a nice view at all. Also, no Air Conditioning, so it does get very hot.
Lots of mosquito's,so I had to purchase some plugs after my children and I were bitten on the first night.
The kitchen doesn't have enough sockets for the kettle, toasters and/or coffee machines,so a lot of swapping over appliances.
They had to do some work on the water,I was told the night before that the water would go off between 12 mid-day - 2pm,the Manager proceeded to turn it off at approx.10am.I was washing out the hair colour in my hair, and had to re-dress to go down and ask him 'Why' the water had been turned off early, not good for someone who has a pre-existing skin condition!
I was surprised about the lack of facilities in this hotel, you have to go to the roof to use the washing machine and dryer, 5 Euro's for each wash and dry.
You will be told all the apartments are the same size, they are not.I saw the ones overlooking the beach, they were lovely. Also, they close the roof at 9pm,so if you smoke you have to stand outside the front of the hotel, it isn't very comfortable.
