Great experience - close to boardwalk, shopping, dining and transportation- a wonderful alternative to big chain accommodations. The front desk team was amazingly helpful! :)

A well located hotel with everything on your doorstep. Room was spacious with good storage. Loved the shower,big mirrors and good make-up mirror and hairdryer. Delighted room had a kettle, cups, glasses and tea/coffee facilities were replenished daily along with bottles of water. Daily maid service and fresh towels provided. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and relaxing on the rooftop solarium which was very peaceful yet you could still see the ocean and beachfront. Would go again and book room with a balcony for outside space. Helpful friendly staff throughout whole holiday.

Although I found it hard to find the hotel at first that was because my transfer from the airport had dropped me off without clear directions for walking the last bit. The hotel is actually very conveniently situated for the buses and the beach. The road is also not too busy with some cafes and restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and spacious; and was cleaned every day whilst I was there. Other areas of the hotel were also very clean. The room had a kettle and fridge. Overall I was very happy with my stay there.

The rooms were great, the roof top was very nice and the location was fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and beach. The receptionist on the front desk “Saskia”, was very nice and extremely helpful with all our questions. We would definitely recommend Lemon and Soul Las Palmas.

Great short stay
Booked this hotel for a short stay in the city. Never been to Las Palmas before so no idea on location etc. We were delighted with our stay. The hotel is right next to the main beach, Las Cantatas, with its fantastic long promenade to walk along. Lots of restaurants and bars. Bus stop nearby to get around the city. Perfect location.

Fabulous
Perfect location. About 20 yards from the beach and the promenade, with restaurants and cafes. There are some shops in the area. The hotel was super. So comfortable and the room was bright and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here but skip the breakfast next door as it is greatly overpriced and there are plenty of other places

Not happy
Expensive public parking 13 Euro per day far from the hotel, a few streets away. Not good area, seen a canabis club and a brothel within minutes walk. Leftover bread and food in the room cupboards. Noisy road with buses and garbage truck woke us up.

When I wanted to get into the hotel one of the receptionist and I was already with the elevator she asked me if I had a reservation no when I was getting in the hotel the. I answered her yes, I have then walking again to the elevator she asked me what room number I say it she said the number again as with doubt, I said yes but then she said Mrs… and I say yes why? I was getting annoying (because she already had saw me in the morning when I got out) she saw this and then said ah ok it just I was looking for another lady. I didn’t like this because is normal if some one ask you when you get in or if you have to say who you are but not when you already say hello and nothing happens is like she thought I was someone that was not at the hotel already or was lying. The other two receptionist where amazing welcome! About the service it was not enough toilet paper so I have to ask for another one but in the morning I didn’t have more before left the room, please be sure clients have enough for their staying As for the window, I had paid a little more for a large window but I never imagined that the view would face another building also very close without the possibility of viewing the city, I think they should specify this to make the decision of where to stay One of the bed wasn’t confortable enough The rooms were really good space very lighting, tv good, all the room really cleaned I enjoyed that had hairdryer, I got change the towels that I asked for and enough. Thanks

The hotel is very well located in the cinto centre of Las Palmas. However there is no car parking, so if you are not lucky to find a parking spot nearby you will have to pay for a car park, there are plenty nearby though. The room was bit smelly, from the bathroom, maybe because it was closed for a while. The beds are two single beds together instead of a double bed, I don’t know if it’s only in my room or if the others are the same.

Relaxed fresh modern hotel in great location
Modern fresh clean friendly hotel at great location with no fuzz giving you a relaxed stay. We enjoyed the spacious white room we did with a good ac making it feel refreshing. Bath room was spacious too with great shower that you need after long days at the beach. Will definitely come back anytime soon

Härligt hotell med utmärkt läge. Skön säng och sköna kuddar. Fräscht och fint! Endast en nackdel, och det var att det var en alldeles för liten frukost. Jag blev inte mätt. Ta hellre mer betalt för frukosten och låt flera alternativ ingå samt flera koppar kaffe. Man ska inte behöva betala extra för en andra kopp kaffe.

Ihan ok pieni hotelli
Ihan kiva pieni hotelli. Huoneessa pieni ikkuna kuiluun, joten fiilis oli pimeähkö. Kuilusta tuli tupakansavua huoneeseen. Muille tuli jokapäivä vesipullo. Meille vain kerran koko parin viikon aikana. Ei rahallinen arvo, mutta olisi ollut mukava saada se, ettei olisi tarvinnut itse vettä kantaa huoneeseen.

A good place to stay
Stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot Pros: *Close to the beach *Nice rooftop terrace *Clean *Helpful and friendly staff Cons: *No lobby/rooftop bar, there is however several stores out on the street and you can bring it to the rooftop. *The machine in the lobby only take coins *No view from the room window *Don't bother with the breakfast, you can get way better for €9 All in all had a great stay!

we spent a week vacation and liked the hotel. The Expedia website had misleading information about the terrace, the reality was a really small balcony. Hotel location really good

Das Hotel ist noch gut da die letzte Renovierung nicht lange her ist. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Bus vom Airport (2.95 € p.p.). Top Ausgangspunkt für Kreuzfahrer die vorher anreisen. Persönlich fanden wir das Duschgel nicht gut riecht aber das ist persönliches empfinden.Gastro und Strand direkt am Hotel.

Mauvaise expérience à Las Palmas.
Gros gros problème avec la réservation qui n’a pas été communiquée à l’hôtel. Une attente de plus d’une heure et des échanges avec le personnel hôtel.com (Lionel). Il était question d’annuler la Resa, d’en faire une autre, de changer d’hôtel, de payer sur place ma chambre et se faire rembourser plus tard, différent scenarios évoqué et enfin la dame à la réception était très sympathique et serviable a accepté de me loger et régler le problème plus tard. J’avais regretté de n’avoir pas fait la Resa directement à l’hôtel. J’attends un geste commercial d’hôtel.vol pour réparer plus de 2 heures perdues au téléphone, paniqué avec mon épouse pendant lesquelles on ne savait pas si on aller avoir une chambre ou partir avec nos valises chercher un autre hôtel dans Las Palmas qu’on ne connaît pas visite pour la première fois. Très très mauvaise expérience.

Fint hotell sentralt plassert
Veldig fin beliggenhet. Lite støy fra gata. Store og fine rom. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Det er litt støy fra lobbyen hvis det er mye folk der, fordi det er veldig åpen løsning oppover i etasjene, men det er ikke et stort problem. Romslig takterasse med boblebad.
