The patio was fantastic and the host had excellent communication and even accommodated a slightly later checkout and prepared charcoal for the girll. Check in was seamless. However I couldn’t give 5 stars as we had some issues with the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms upon arrival. Also a few things to be aware of: wine glasses are not provided, and the guesthouse bedroom has a wall unit AC that wasn’t thermostat regulated which meant it was either warm by the evening or pretty cool by the morning if left running. Comfortable, roomy, all the amenities needed for a Great Lake stay. The owner was informative and accessible, which made for a relaxing, fun and effortless experience. We Loved that you could walk right to water from the house. The house was clean and definitely felt great when cooling off from the outside heat if you weren’t in the water. The guys caught quite a few fish from the dock. The neighborhood was very quiet. Vanessa the property owner was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had.
