The Alicia is a comfortable, child-friendly apartment house situated in the charming resort of Grächen, Switzerland. Built in 1992 and recently renovated, the property boasts a private garden spanning 50 square meters, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The vacation rental offers ample amenities, including a tennis court and a spacious yard, ensuring an enjoyable stay for all guests.  
  
Outdoors  
The Alicia enjoys a quiet, sunny position within the resort, just 500 meters from the skiing area. The private garden provides a serene escape, perfect for soaking in the alpine ambiance. While the property is accessible by a 250-meter footpath, a 4x4 car is recommended during the winter months.  
  
Other Information  
Conveniently located, the Alicia is just 250 meters from the town center, where you'll find shops, groceries, restaurants, and a bus stop within a short walking distance. Additional amenities include a children's playground (150 meters), tennis courts (650 meters), an ice rink (650 meters), and ski facilities such as lifts, slopes, a ski school, and a sled run (500 meters).  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The Alicia is ideally situated for exploring some of Switzerland's most renowned ski regions. Zermatt, home to the iconic Matterhorn, is just 25 kilometers away, while the charming village of Saas Fee is a mere 30-kilometer drive, offering easy access to world-class skiing and breathtaking mountain vistas.

This vacation rental is a cosy 2-room apartment with a living area of 45 square meters, located on the ground floor. The living/dining room features a comfortable double sofa bed and a cable TV (flat screen), along with a radio for entertainment. There is an exit leading to the garden and terrace. The apartment has one bedroom with two beds, providing ample sleeping space. The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has a shower/WC for your convenience. Outside, there is a terrace spanning 15 square meters and a lawn area of 35 square meters, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Terrace furniture and three deck chairs are provided for relaxation. Additionally, a children's high chair and a baby cot are available for families with young children.  
  
Other Information  
The property boasts beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, countryside, and resort area, adding to the scenic charm of your vacation. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, ensuring a smoke-free environment for all guests.
