Lovely flat on the 1st floor without elevator access in Grado Pineta, just 30 meters from the beach. The apartment features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony, a windowed bathroom with shower, and a second windowless bathroom with handbasin and WC. Enjoy the south-facing terrace with sea view, and take advantage of amenities such as TV, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, and one small private covered parking space per booking. °Pets are not allowed.
