On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! "This is a fab hotel. From the room we were allocated on the 6th floor to the service and friendliness of staff The bed was really good and the room had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We booked an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge with complimentary tea and coffee during the day and wine and beer in the evening. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on a while and I would def recommend this hotel it was really well located next to an Ikea and a massive shopping centre. Walking into town and sight seeing was really good as well "
