I checked in and immediately left and they said they would refund me and then they didn’t. Hotels.com also called the hotel and said it can be canceled but it turns out they cancelled a room I had just booked.! There was hair in the bath drain and the electric kettle still had a but of water in it. The bathroom is awkwardly designed (no shower curtain). Can't control the temperature. Barely any outlets to plug in devices. The TV is big and the bed was OK. Staff was fine. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. There was bottled water I could grab which was nice. It gets the job done if you are desparate but it is very mediocre. Don't expect much. Room was pretty dark, not even much lights from room itself, so not very convenient if you have to work, ended up going to the coffee shop next to the hotel for some work. Area is great if you need to go to kintex exhibition center, 5 minutes by taxi and around 30 minutes walk.
