The cottage "Kermadid" is new (open only since 22/07/17 for 4 to 5 people) with lots of charm, quiet, outside the village near the sea on a fenced and independent in all independence in a property of 5000m2\. The second gîte for 2 people has been open since August. It is located at a place called KERMADEN, near the Bay of Goulven (3 minutes), in a remarkable region of the Coast of Legends (ornithological reserve, dunes of Keremma and the famous site of Ménéham). The coastline is preserved, most of the coast is still wild. You can practice many water sports (windsurfing, sea kayaking, kitesurfing, paddle, sand yachting ...), hiking, cycling in peace or quiet stay at the cottage, quiet to recharge your batteries. We are at your disposal, nearby if you wish to advise you and ensure that your stay is pleasant, relaxing, exotic ... From the bedroom, you can access a balcony-terrace with an area of ​​12 m2 overlooking the Bay of Goulven; two loungers and a coffee table will be available on this balcony. On the same level you can have a toilet and a bathroom. A smaller but modular room: The attic room, south side, has two beds of 90 cm X 200 cm and it is possible to add a 90cm x190cm bed. A velux illuminates this room. The bedroom has a wardrobe and 4 shelves. This space is flexible thanks to 3 sliding doors. On the same level you have a toilet and a bathroom. The owners were so friendly and patient with our lack of spoken french, the property itself is so unique and beautiful inside. Everything you would need for a self catering holiday home was all there including games and puzzles for little ones. To top it off, after long days at the beaches you could come back and cook dinner on the barbecue and enjoy the scenes around you. The surroundings of nature and the quiet just leaves you feeling so relaxed. We did not want to leave and can not thank our hosts enough for having us as there as visiting guests. Oct 18, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumurlaub in Traumhäuschen Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und freundlich, man fühlt sich so willkommen, dass von Anfang an einem Traumurlaub nichts im Wege steht. In den vorherigen Bewertungen ist eigentlich schon alles super beschrieben, das Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort, den man sich wünscht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt (die Betten sind übrigens auch top, wir haben himmlisch geschlafen, was in Ferienhäusern ja nicht selbstverständlich ist) Noch ein GeheimTipp von uns: Vor dem Schlafengehen in klaren Nächten unbedingt nochmal auf den Balkon gehen, der Sternenhimmel ist atemberaubend :-) !! Auch unser Hund hat sich hier "pudelwohl" gefühlt, an den fast menschenleeren Stränden in der Umgebung konnte er sich frei bewegen und war jeden Abend müde und glücklich :-) und wenn´s Hundi glücklich ist, ist es der Mensch erst recht. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die sehr netten Vermieter haben bei der Ausstattung wirklich an alles gedacht. Besonderes Plus ist die Waschmaschinen/Trockner Kombination und der Garten, in dem sich die Kinder auch mal austoben können. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen inmitten von Maisfeldern. Von dort lassen sich tolle Strände und schöne Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter. Der Garten und der Balkon laden zum Entspannen ein und im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Genau das haben wir bekommen. Die Lage ist wunderschön inmitten von Maisfeldern. Unser Hund hatte im komplett eingezäunten Garten viel Spaß und Lauffläche. In nur wenigen Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto an traumhaften Stränden. Die Wohnung selbst ist voll eingerichtet und v.a. das Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon bietet ein Panorama, dass uns in Erinnerung bleibt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ##### Julia G. Eine perfekte Unterkunft mit allem Komfort Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Allem was man braucht. Eingebettet in die wundervolle bretonische Landschaft liegt das Ferienhaus mit Garten und wirklich großem Komfort. Die herzliche Art der Vermieter - Francoise und Didier, das liebevoll gestaltete Haus mit allem Komfort, die Nähe zur Küste hat uns allen sehr gefallen. Maison très confortable, avec un excellent équipement comportant des appareils électroménagers de marque. Ayant trois petites chiennes, le propriétaire à colmater les petits passages ce qui est un geste hyper rare. C'est très au calme. Pour les environs, nous c’était surtout pour nos chiennes pour pouvoir les promener sur les plages hors saison mais tenues en laisse quand même. Un grand merci au couple propriétaire de cette maison de nous avoir accueillis sans discussion avec nos animaux. Blick auf die Bucht und ins Hinterland, wunderschön. Mit dem Auto sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände gut erreichbar. Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter runden das ganze ab.
