Welcome to our spacious 3BR, 3,000 sq ft retreat in the gated Big Bass Lake community. Enjoy rustic-modern charm just a short walk to the lake and outdoor pool. Guests have access to our shared kayaks (Apr 15 - Oct 15), outdoor pool (open summer), indoor pool (open winter W/Fr/Sat/Sun), 2 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, amazing food at the clubhouse, and more. Perfectly located in the the Poconos near state parks, ski resorts, and Kalahari water park, and more! Welcome to our spacious 3-level retreat – perfect for families and groups! First Level – Oversized leather sectional and 55" Smart TV – Twin bed (great for flexible sleeping space) – Full bathroom – Washer and dryer – 2 adult bikes and 1 child’s bike – Board games – Beach chairs and umbrella for lake Main Level (Second Floor) – Large leather sectional and 65" Smart TV – Fireplace – Half bath – Oversized dining table (seats 8–10) – Fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances – Large deck with BBQ grill Top Level (Third Floor) – Bedroom 1: Two full-size beds and Smart TV – Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk beds with twin trundle – Bedroom 3 (Loft): Two queen beds – Full bathroom with tub Extras – High-speed Wi-Fi throughout – Ceiling fans in every room + floor fans as needed – No central AC, but summer nights are typically cool in the Poconos As registered renters in Big Bass Lake, guests have full access to all community amenities with the purchase of amenity passes.
