Located in an isolated section of the Larsen side of Big Bass Lake Community, our four bedroom, three bath home has room for all to enjoy the peaceful outdoors while still being able to access all the amenities that Big Bass has to offer. Isolate yourself in nature with our exclusive private lake access from our backyard beach. Or join the Big Bass community with access to their outdoor heated pool with splashpad, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, clubhouse with activities for both adults and children and amazing food from Passing the Thyme, Big Bass' onsite eatery. Big Bass Lake Amenities are accessible with separate payment of amenities passes which includes: 2 lake beaches Recreation center with indoor pool, dry sauna, fitness center, TreeTop lounge Clubhouse with heated outdoor pool/splash pad and Passing the Thyme eatery Tennis courts Pickleball courts Snow tubing/Sledding hill Playgrounds Boat rentals Basketball courts Volleyball area BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY RULES AND FEES Big Bass requires that ALL guests be registered with the Community Association at least 3 days prior to check-in. Renters must 25 years or older. MANDATORY REGISTRATION FEE -$50 Additional $50 for any bookings made within 7 days of check in. No registrations within 3 days of check in CHANGES TO REGISTRATION FORM -$15 per request OPTIONAL Amenities Passes Fees Weekdays: $8 per person per day Weekends: $10 per person per day Please note that the above fees are imposed by and go directly to the Big Bass Community. They are not host fees, but we are required to collect these fees from our guests. IMPORTANT REMINDERS 1\. Registration forms and $50 fee are required to be filed with Big Bass Lake Community no later than 3 days prior to check in 2\. ALL guests, including children must be listed on the registration form 3\. Big Bass is a gated community and all guests will be checked against the registration form upon check in. Access to our home is through self check in with keyless entry from an electronic smart lock • You are welcome to use the lake at your own risk. It was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would ever need. The location on the lake was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the private beach during the nights by the fire pit. The host, Dawn, was great in communicating with us before and during our stay. We are already looking at when we can book to stay here again.
