Waratah is a fully self-contained heritage cottage with one bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. Each room is separately air conditioned. The cottage is in a quiet location within walking distance of the CBD. WiFi is included. A barbeque is set aside for guests in the well established gardens.
