Despite the proximity to the airport, it is very difficult to travel to the hotel by foot due to the security fencing around the airport site and car parks. This in itself is not the hotel's fault but they do make a lot of money out of this situation by charging 15 euros for their airport shuttle, which is essentially a 5 minute journey. To make matters worse, despite the high price you still need to share the shuttle with other passengers who also paid 15 euros each. Not great especially when, in my case, one of the other passengers was clearly ill and proceeded to cough over everybody in the van for the entire journey. On the plus side the room condition was in line with the price paid and the staff at check in were helpful and polite.

Nothing special but OK for a one night's stay.
Restaurant was not working and we were left with Ubereats for dinner after landing. We had to install the app and find our way in French language. Breakfast also quite basic.

Brilliant stay
Clean, very nice professional service. Mega comfy beds, quiet and close to the airport. I absolutely recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly staff, very close to airport and surprisingly quiet. Bedroom had the advantage of a separate toilet and shower room. Hotel transfer was on time and very quick.

Great place in a terrible airport
We booked this hotel to stay close to the airport. The problem is the airport just has one exit (yes, you can't leave from another place, it is all blocked) and it is 3,5km from the hotel, instead of 400m. We walked it 3x. We took a transfer in the another day, but it delayed 15min to arrive in the scheduled hour. Apart from that, the hotel is a great place to stay.

We could not sleep because of noises outside. And during booking, we saw shuttle was included. But after that, we had to pay for shuttle.

So many issues
Hotel is ok. Not walking distance to airport because pedestrian access to airport is limited. They charge 5 Eur for one way taxi that collects passengers from other hotels. Restaurant was supposed to be open till 11pm but it was closed by 10.30pm. WiFi does work. There was no hot water. No one warned me in advance. Reception just shrugged and said sorry. They could have comped breakfast but didn't even try a gesture of goodwill

Here's some explication. in the services of the hotel, it's written that we have a shuttle service with extra cost. you just need to call us and we give you the rate. It's written nowhere that our restaurant is ope till 11.00PM. Please read your booking confirmation. The coffee facilities in the room isn't one of our service. Unfortunately we don't warne the guest what we don't have. We warne you what we can offer you. I hope you next stay would be better. Looking forward to reading you soon.

It was a brief stay. Room was very clean and service was very friendly and helpful, but there was no climate control in the room. Leaving the window open felt dangerous in that area, so it was hot.

Perfect hotel for what we needed the night before a very early Charleroi flight - and a restaurant as well - marvellous breakfast..... couldnt really fault it. Be aware you have to pay for the shittle each way 4EUR pp
